NETFLIX ORIGINAL K-DRAMAS TO WATCH OUT (MOVIE & SERIES)

1. SQUID GAME SEASON 2 (SERIES) — 2022-2023
Starring: Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young, Go Min-si, Park Gyu-young, Go Yoon-Jung, Kim Sang-ho
Genres: Drama, Horror, Apocalyptic, Sci-Fi, Supernatural
The first season left many cliffhangers. We saw Lee Eun-hyuk was buried under the rubble of the apartment block and it is a big question whether he is alive.
Sang-Wook was seen dead in the pool but is it not clear if he would turn into a monster. It is also unclear how the army will save the remaining survivors from monsters. How Cha Hyun-soo, who shifted to the same apartment where the horror incidents took place, will survive. His life became disturbed after shifting in 1410 of Green Home.
Considering the plot, it is likely that most of the stars including Song Kang, Lee Jin-wook, Lee Si-young, and Lee Do-hyun will return in Sweet Home Season 2. Some new actors might also be added to the K-drama.
2. WONDERLAND (MOVIE) — 2021
Starring: Bae Suzy, Park Bo-gum, Choi Woo-shik, Jung Yu-mi, Tang Wei, Gong Yoo
Genres: Drama, Sci-Fi
Wonderland is a simulated universe where people can reunite with loved ones with whom they can no longer interact within the real world. Jung Yu Mi and Choi Woo Shik`s characters will control all events that occur within this simulated reality.
Suzy and Park Bo Gum play a young couple. When Park Bo Gum’s character falls into a coma, Suzy`s character will request to meet him in Wonderland.
Gong Yoo, a husband in his 40s, dearly misses his late wife, Tang Wei, as does his child who cannot forget their mother. Gong Yoo`s character requests a reunion in Wonderland.
3. THE SOUND OF MAGIC (SERIES) — 2022
Starring: Ji Chang-Wook, Choi Sung-Eun, Hwang In-Yeop
Genres: Psychological, Life, Drama
The Sound of Magic is an emotional music drama that revolves around Yoon Ah-yi, a normal school girl, who desired to become a magician since her early days. She wished to grow faster to fulfil her dream. Then she meets an adult magician, Lee Eul, who wants to stop time and remain as a child. Her life changes after she meets him, as she decides to follow her dream in earnest.
4. THE SILENT SEA (SERIES) — DECEMBER 2021
Starring: Gong Yoo; Bae Doona; Lee Joon
Genres: Thriller, Mystery, Horror, Sci-Fi
Set in the future, when the planet suffers from a lack of water and food caused by desertification. Yoon Jae is a soldier for the space agency. He is selected for a team, including Ji An, to travel to the moon. A scientist who joins the mission to recover mysterious samples from an abandoned lunar space station, where an accident killed everyone including her sister.

Story of Crown Prince Lee Chang’s (Ju Ji-Hoon) past and present days. He was born to the King and a royal concubine. Even though his mother wasn't the Queen, Lee Chang became the Crown Prince. Through the years, he grows as a person and the Crown Prince, but he also fights against zombies.
8. MONEY HEIST KOREAN REMAKE (SERIES) — 2022

10. D. P. SEASON 2 (SERIES) — 2022

In the first season, Ahn Jun-ho joins the military. As he undergoes rigorous training, he becomes aware of the politics that operate in his new work environment. So, when he is placed with the D.P. team, he faces quite a dilemma because he is able to empathize with the people who decided to flee the military. Throughout the season, Jun-ho takes up new missions, some of which are riskier than others.
If a second round is commissioned, we will see what adventures lie ahead for Jun-ho. As he navigates the military system, will he be able to make peace with himself? Although life is difficult, people who work together under stressful conditions day in and day out tend to form an unbreakable bond. Possibly, Jun-ho will be able to appreciate that aspect of the military service even more in the potential season 2.
11. DELIVERY KNIGHT (SERIES) — 2022

Set in the future. Air pollution has gotten so bad that people rarely go out. When they do leave their homes, they wear gas masks. Because of the air problem, people depend on parcel delivery service. They are now knights who protect parcels from robbers and deliver packages. Young girl Sa-Wol wants to become a knight. She happens to see Knight 5-8, who is a legendary knight. He helps Sa-Wol become a knight.
